Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) to lead our hospice clinical team in Milpitas, CA. If you are a

Key Responsibilities- Direct and oversee all hospice clinical services and patient care operations.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal hospice regulations.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
- Monitor operational indicators, budgets, and quality improvement programs.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure quality, safe delivery of hospice services.
- Serve as a resource for staff education and orientation programs.
- Act as a case manager in the field when needed.
Qualifications- Active California RN License
- 5+ years of nursing experience
- 3+ years of hospice experience (case management)
- 3+ years of leadership/management experience in hospice care
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
